Neighborhood Advisory Council (KCNAC)
The mission of the Kansas City Neighborhood Advisory Council (KCNAC) is to represent the interests of Kansas City’s diverse neighborhoods in the development and implementation of public policies impacting the quality of life for Kansas City residents.
KCNAC was established in 2003 by Resolution 030770 as an advisory board to the governing bodies of the City of Kansas City, MO. on matters affecting neighborhood welfare. The Board of Directors responds to proposed City policies, programs and decision-making as well as makes recommendations to the Mayor, City Manager, City Council and other department directors regarding the impacts of decisions and policies upon neighborhoods.
