Take the Short-Term Rental Survey
The City is requesting feedback from the community to understand current experiences with short-term rentals in Kansas City. Short-term rentals are defined as property where the owner has opted to rent out all or part of their property to guests staying 30 days or fewer, and typically these properties are advertised on apps like Airbnb and VRBO. Residents and owners or operators of short-term rentals are encouraged to take this brief survey by Dec. 15 to provide input and help shape future policies regulating short-term rentals. This feedback will help the City carefully consider all options available related to short-term rentals in our community. |
